Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Flightpath app. By downloading or using Flightpath you agree to them. They supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
The service
Flightpath is a disc golf scorekeeping, statistics, and course-mapping app. Core scorekeeping and lifetime stats are free. Optional Premium features are available by auto-renewing subscription.
Subscriptions
- Flightpath Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, purchased through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, the subscription begins (and payment is charged) when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Course-mapping rewards
Mapping a course in the app may earn complimentary Premium time. Reward credit applies only to genuine, playable courses; credit for unverified courses may be withheld or reversed. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and the program may change or end at any time.
Course maps and content you create
Course layouts you map are stored on your device. You confirm that anything you map does not infringe anyone's rights. Course location data in the directory includes information from OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the ODbL license.
Play safely — no warranties
GPS distances, flight traces, caddie suggestions, and course maps are estimates and can be inaccurate. They are provided for recreation only — always exercise your own judgment on the course. Flightpath is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. You play disc golf, and travel to and from courses, at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to defraud the mapping-reward program, no reverse engineering except where the law permits, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Changes and termination
We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue features. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
